Position is 20 to 25 hours per week, flexible schedule but must fall within 8:00 to 5:00/Monday thru Friday window. Responsibilities Entering payable and paid invoice transactions into Quickbooks program; writing vendor checks. Processing 401K transactions. Calculating and recording employee vacation and sick balances. Performing new employee orientation. Performing various HR functions; as needed. Skills Quickbooks experience. 401K processing experience. HR experience; must be up to date with current rules and regulations. Excellent organizational skills. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
