Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify vendor invoices and expense reports Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors Reconcile accounts payable transactions Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounts payable or similar finance role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in QBO and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance preferred

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
