AP Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for an ongoing temporary, part-time opportunity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and has strong invoice processing and vendor management experience.

This role will support day-to-day accounting operations and assist with maintaining accurate and timely accounts payable functions.

ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume invoices accurately and efficientlyMatch invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentationPrepare and process check runs and electronic paymentsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesRespond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely mannerMaintain organized AP records and supporting documentationAssist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payableEnsure compliance with internal policies and procedures
