Accounting Clerk Cenergy International Irvine, CA Job Details Contract $18 - $20 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications General ledger reconciliation High school diploma or GED Payroll data entry Accounting Organizational skills 10 key typing General ledger data entry Quality data entry Full Job Description Accounting Clerk / Payroll Clerk We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Billing, and general accounting functions. Responsibilities include processing invoices, payroll, labor records, financial documents, data entry, maintaining accurate records, balancing ledgers, and assisting with financial reporting.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of Accounting or Payroll experience Knowledge of basic accounting principles Strong data entry and 10-key skills Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a team environment Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office preferred Knowledge of labor laws and payroll taxes is a plus
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
