We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support AR functions for multiple dealerships. Key Responsibilities Record daily sales payments accurately (cash, checks, credit cards). Reconcile Parts & Service Cash Clearing daily, ensuring no aged items remain. Reconcile and maintain AR schedules, warranty schedules, NSF/chargeback schedules, and deposits documentation. Send monthly AR statements; perform consistent follow-up on past-due balances. Support cash-handling controls including deposit cutoff timing and compliance documentation. Prepare and reconcile Vehicle Deposits daily and ensure DMS accuracy. Support Form 8300 processing as required. Requirements Qualifications Accounts Receivable experience Automotive dealership AR experience preferred. Familiarity with dealership programs such as CDK or Tekion preferred. Strong accuracy, documentation, and reconciliation skills. Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, filters, aging review). Salary Description $25-$30 per hour, based on experience
