Position Overview:

Accounts Payable Specialist Process vendor invoices and prepare payments according to company policies Maintain accurate accounts payable ledger and reconcile vendor statements Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all disbursements Handle check runs, ACH transfers, and other payment methods Research and resolve vendor payment discrepancies and inquiries Communicate with vendors via phone and email to maintain strong relationships Maintain organized filing of invoices, payment records, and supporting documentation Assist with month-end closing, reporting, and special accounting projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills #LI-LM1 #INJUN2026
