We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Sherman Oaks, California. This role involves managing essential accounting functions in a collaborative office environment while providing support to clients. Responsibilities:
  • Handle full-cycle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and process payroll tax returns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with clients to address their financial needs and eventually take on direct client interaction.
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks to maintain smooth financial operations.
  • Reconcile bank accounts to ensure proper alignment of financial records.
  • Support various accounting functions in a small-office setting as needed.
