Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary Accountant (2-3 months) to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role will assist with core accounting functions, payroll processing, and transactional support to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Process and support payroll activities Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions Prepare and maintain A/R reporting Calculate and process sales commission payments Generate and send customer invoices via U.S. mail and email Assist with data entry and general accounting support as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable handling transactional accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel preferred

Compensation:

$38/hr to $43/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
