Key Responsibilities:

Process and code vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Execute ACH, check, and wire payments per company procedures Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Handle freight invoices (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and employee expense reports Process monthly credit card statements Maintain compliance with AP requirements (W-9s, sales tax, etc.) Create payment files and support process improvements Provide backup support to the AP team

Qualifications:
