Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices. The position will also assist payroll with tabulations and submittal, as well as assist with the answering and distribution of incoming phone calls.

Responsibilities:

Calculate costs of rental/sales goods and services Track and record customers account balances Create and distribute invoices for sales review Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards Perform all other office tasks ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields Experience in data entry Knowledge of standard accounting procedures Ability to prioritize and multitask Experience with Quickbooks and other accounting software Knowledge and experience in Textura is a plus Strong organizational skills Deadline and goal oriented Possess good in-person, telephone, and email communication skills Company DescriptionRCS Safety is a fast growing traffic safety and engineering company servicing Southern California.
