Bookkeeping Specialist Compensation:

The Bookkeeping Specialist plays a pivotal role within our team, entrusted with handling, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and daily financial entries. They adeptly manage these financial functions alongside our accounting team to support company operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bring 2 years of experience in bookkeeping to the table, coupled with 2 years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Service Titan. Direct A/R collections experience is preferred An Associate's degree in accounting or a related business field Demonstrate expertise in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Proficiency in using accounting software for financial management and reporting Ability to accurately manage financial records and transactions Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the complete A/R lifecycle: billing, collections, cash application, reconciliation, and reporting Lead proactive collections efforts through calls, emails, and escalations Follow up consistently on overdue accounts and secure payment commitments Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities and customer communications Utilize QuickBooks and other relevant financial software to accurately manage and maintain financial records Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Generate financial reports and statements for management review Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including preparation of profit and loss statements Collaborate with our accounting team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations Any other tasks as assigned to support the financial operations of Energuy and uphold our vision, mission and values
