Payroll & Accounting Specialist (Hybrid In-Person/Remote)

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Payroll & Accounting Specialist to support payroll processing and accounting operations. This role is fully in‑person and requires experience with payroll, union reporting, and QuickBooks Online. Key Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on schedule Manage payroll and reporting , including compliance submissions Prepare and submit required union reports Maintain payroll records and perform reconciliations Perform accounting functions using QuickBooks Online (QBO) Respond to payroll and accounting inquiries as needed Qualifications Payroll processing experience; payroll experience required Proficiency with QuickBooks Online Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines in an on‑site work environment

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
