Job Description
A growing distribution company in Oceanside is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing, collections, cash applications, and customer account maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position offers exposure to multiple aspects of the accounting cycle while supporting a collaborative finance team.
ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable & CollectionsGenerate invoices and process customer paymentsMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balancesReconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepanciesApply payments and maintain accurate AR recordsSupport collections efforts while maintaining positive customer relationshipsAssist with month-end reporting and account reconciliationsCustomer SupportCommunicate with customers regarding invoices and payment statusResolve billing disputes and account issuesMaintain detailed documentation of customer communications
