00 per hour About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strong financial controls and organized records. What You'll Do Invoice Processing Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents Ensure proper coding, approvals, and timely entry into the system Process invoices according to company policies and payment terms Vendor Payments & Relations Prepare weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires, credit cards) Maintain vendor records and W-9 documentation Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and efficiently Resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments Reconciliations & Reporting Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements Support month-end and year-end close processes Assist with aging reports and financial reporting Compliance & Administration Maintain organized digital and physical records Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Support audits by providing required documentation Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required 2 years of accounts payable or accounting experience Experience with accounting or ERP systems Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Please send your resume to begin the interview process.
