In this vital role, you will manage a variety of accounting functions to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with accounting standards. Your expertise will help support our organization's financial health by maintaining precise ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing essential financial reports. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your accounting skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to integrity and excellence. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, with strong reading comprehension and professional business writing skills. Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and banking activities. Enter financial data accurately and timely to ensure complete, accurate, and reliable accounting records. Perform routine reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other balance sheet accounts. Process vendor invoices, maintain payment records, and support accounts payable activities. Record customer payments, maintain accounts receivable records, and perform customer account reconciliations. Maintain inventory-related accounting records, including inventory receipts, shipments, adjustments, and inventory transactions. Perform periodic inventory reconciliations to ensure accounting records agree with inventory system balances. Maintain accounting records for fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and other general ledger accounts. Organize, file, and maintain accounting documents, invoices, and supporting records in accordance with company policies. Assist with internal audits and provide supporting documentation as required. Ensure all bookkeeping activities are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company procedures. Perform other bookkeeping and accounting duties as assigned. Requirements Fluent and proficient in English in both speaking and writing. Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or related accounting experience. Solid understanding of accounting principles and daily bookkeeping processes. Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Microsoft Excel. Strong data entry and bookkeeping skills. Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliations, and inventory accounting. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy and integrity in all accounting records and transactions. Strong execution, time management, and ability to work under deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and ensure accurate, timely, and complete accounting records. Strong sense of confidentiality and compliance with company financial policies.
