As a full-time employee of Robert Half, you'll work as a consultant providing accounting support to a dedicated client base.

This role offers the stability of full-time employment with the variety of consulting assignments. You'll support clients with day-to-day accounts payable operations while gaining experience across different industries and systems.💼

What You'll Do:

Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely mannerReview and verify invoices, coding, and approvals prior to processingMatch invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation (three-way match)Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfersMaintain vendor records and ensure proper documentation is on fileReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issuesRespond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationshipsAssist with month-end close by preparing AP accruals and reconciliation schedulesEnsure compliance with company policies and internal controlsSupport audit requests and assist with documentation as needed
