Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temporary Accounting Clerk for an immediate hire opportunity in Pasadena, CA. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in accounting who is looking to work in a professional environment. The position requires advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in Pivot Tables and Vlookups, and experience in accounts payable and receivable. This is a temporary, full-time role with an ongoing commitment, offering a competitive hourly wage.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a Temporary Excel Accounting Office Clerk, managing essential accounting tasks. Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups, to perform financial analysis and reporting. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a high level of professionalism in a dynamic office environment. Assist with various accounting projects as needed to support the team. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial documents.

Requirements:

Proven financial experience with accounts payable and receivable. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups (assessment required). Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Commitment to an ongoing temporary role with the potential for long-term placement.
