Accounts Payable Specialist

We're a fast-paced distribution company in Orange County, and we're urgently seeking a sharp and detail-driven Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. If you thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment and have a solid background in AP within a distribution or manufacturing setting, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Process invoices. Maintain a variety of accounting and financial records within the Accounts Payable section; reconcile information and prepare adjusting entries for posting to the financial system. Maintain vendor and supplier files by conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.

Clerical Duties What We're Looking For:
