Job Description

Job description: 1. Union Payroll
  • Process a weekly in-house union payroll (multiply states), union remittance,
  • Process multi-state weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually payroll report, payroll related taxes,
  • Administrate certified payroll, OSHA, CCIP, OCIP, Prequal paperwork and applications
  • Human Resources - hiring paperwork, companies polices & procedures, benefits, and labor laws
  • Understanding Union rules, regulations, and policies, helping on all types of insurance or union auditing,
  • Assist the Operation Manager in filling out project paperwork, provide weekly cost report to each operation team,
  • Manage our DOT account, rules, and regulations 2. AP
  • Account Payable, and employee expenses, and General Ledger, 3. Intercompany transaction. Work with other related parties for the intercompany invoices and reconciliation on monthly base. 4. Monthly closing
  • Monthly entry for any labor related insurance cost amortization, adjustments.
  • Working hand in hand with the accounting Manager on financial matters.
Qualification:
1. Associate degree in accounting or related majors is required. Union payroll experience with Paychex or ADP payroll system is Must, QuickBooks is required. Intermediate level EXCEL; less than 2-year experience, focus on Union payroll processing. 2. Can holding multiple jobs at same time, and can finish the projects within deadline; 3. Excellent interpersonal skill which can handle and survive under high pressure in diversity culture office environment; Spanish bilingual. 4. Solid communication skill for both verbal and business writing; 5. Construction industry experience preferred
Pay:
$26.00 - $27.00 per hour
