The ideal candidate will be responsible for client billings, managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate job AR & Contract records, and executing Contract documents, for clients and subcontractors. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to facilitate efficient financial operations. Duties Process and record incoming payments accurately and promptly. Maintain accounts receivable records, including client payment applications Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies, providing exceptional customer service. Utilize accounting software using Sage 100 Contractor, and online client billing platforms like Textura, GC Pay, Trimble, etc Coordinate with Project Managers and subcontracts to submit billings Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and prepare reports on receivables status, and subcontractor/vendor payments to release Ensure Subcontractors have executed agreements, work orders, and required flow-down Contract documents are executed and returned. Complete Contract supporting documents Request and maintain certificates of insurance, and bonds Track and maintain contract change orders Enroll and report for

OCIP/CCIP

Support technical accounting functions as required, ensuring adherence to company policies and governmental accounting standards. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage 100 and Textura Experience in construction subcontracting AIA billings General understanding of Construction Industry Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Understanding Contractor and subcontractor relationships Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
