Responsibilities Process full-cycle accounts payable , including invoice entry through payment Perform three-way match (PO, invoice, receiving) Code invoices accurately to appropriate GL accounts and cost centers Prepare and process check runs , ACH, and electronic payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate AP records and support month-end close Qualifications 2+ years of accounts payable experience Strong understanding of three-way matching and invoice coding Experience with accounting systems and Excel Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
