Job Description

Family-oriented industrial contracting company seeking a dependable and organized individual for a small office environment. This position includes accounts receivable responsibilities along with a variety of office and operational support duties.
Responsibilities:
Accounts receivable, invoicing, job costing and lien filing Managing share point for office and superintendents Tracking employee safety training and OSHA documentation Managing vehicle insurance and asset records Assisting with new client applications and prequalification packets General office support and miscellaneous administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Accounts receivable and office administration experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Construction office experience a plus Professional communication and computer skills required Must be dependable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information General accounting experience (accounts payable, reconciliations, payroll support, job costing, or bookkeeping)
Position Details:
Full-time, Monday-Friday Compensation DOE, with higher pay available for candidates with broader accounting experience Background and credit check may be required
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
