Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist Atwork Personnel Services - 3.7 Rancho Palos Verdes, CA Job Details Full-time $25 - $27 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Scanning High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Organizational skills Office experience Full Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist. This position is responsible for processing invoices and scanning invoices, maintaining vendor records, and credit memos. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced office environment. Monday to Friday 9 AM- 5 PM.
Responsibilities:
Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely Respond to vendor inquiries Support accounting team with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience High school diploma or GED required Experience with Birchstreet preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Please submit your resume for consideration.
