This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who is comfortable supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, data entry, and financial record keeping. The Accounting Clerk will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end reporting, and helping ensure accounting processes run smoothly. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy, and wants to continue growing in an accounting and finance career. Candidates who are organized, bilingual in Mandarin, and proficient in QuickBooks and Excel will be well positioned for success. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, expense reports, vendor payments, and customer balance tracking. Reconcile bank statements against the general ledger and research discrepancies to support accurate financial records. Enter and code financial transactions in bookkeeping software with a high level of accuracy. Assist with month-end and year-end reporting, including support for balance sheets, income statements, and related financial documentation. Maintain organized physical and digital accounting files and prepare records for audits as needed. Handle confidential company, vendor, and client financial information with professionalism and discretion.
