Responsibilities Manage and monitor AR aging report ; follow up on past-due accounts Post payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards) accurately and timely Perform collections and resolve payment discrepancies Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues Assist with month-end close and reporting Qualifications Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred 2+ years of accounts receivable experience Strong understanding of AR processes and collections Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems Detail-oriented with strong communication skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
