$23.00•$25.00 per hour (DOE) Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to support a busy distribution company in Natomas. This is a full-time, long-term evaluation hire opportunity with a stable and growing team. Responsibilities Process daily accounts receivable transactions, including cash applications and customer account updates Perform credit checks and assist with setting customer credit limits Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Communicate with customers regarding account status and payments Process accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and 3-way matching Manage weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card reconciliations Maintain accurate vendor and customer files Process 1099s and assist with audit documentation as needed Enter inventory transactions and support month-end close activities Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications 1-3 years of general accounting experience preferred Strong data entry skills with high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Knowledge of AP/AR processes, including 3-way matching Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude What's in it for you Competitive pay of $23•25 per hour Early schedule with great work-life balance Long-term opportunity with potential for permanent hire Stable and growing company environment Hands-on experience across multiple accounting functions If you are detail-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced accounting environment, apply today with Express Employment Professionals. #2372PO
