Accounting Clerk

Description Robert Half is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a very busy San Diego non-profit! This is a wonderful opportunity to support a team that is doing important work for the community. This is an on-site opportunity, contract-to-hire, that starts immediately: Your responsibilities in this role + Provide heavy data entry support to the accounting team + Reviewing and coding invoices for Accounts Payable + Standard accounting: help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects + Assemble statements and reports that require utilization of a variety of sources + Categorize documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of accounting codes and expenditure codes +

Help Accounts Payable:

A/P invoice matching & filing, vendor invoices and disbursement filing + Collaborate with

Accounts Receivable:
