  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a hands-on
  • Accounting Assistant
  • with a strong focus on
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • , invoice cleanup, and billing support. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate project billing and resolving outstanding invoice issues, working within

    • Key Responsibilities
    • + Review, correct, and
    • clean up invoices
    • to ensure accuracy and completeness + Lead efforts in
    • AR maintenance
    • , including tracking, follow-ups, and resolving discrepancies + Process and support
    • project billing and invoicing
    • in a timely manner + Work within
    • Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint
    • to manage billing, AR, and project financials + Assist with
    • WIP monitoring
    • , revenue tracking, and project financial reporting + Support general
    • accounting and administrative tasks
    • as needed + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate documentation
    • Qualifications
    • + 2+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on
    • Accounts Receivable and billing
    • + Proven experience
    • fixing invoice issues and AR cleanup
    • + Hands-on experience with
    • Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint
    • (preferred/strongly desired) + Understanding of
    • WIP, project billing, and revenue tracking
    • + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities + Proficient in Excel and accounting systems + Ability to work

    • Pay Details:
    • $26.
