Accounts Payable Clerk

A distribution company in San Marcos is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to support high-volume invoice processing and vendor coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured workflows, consistency, and making sure the details are always right. You'll be part of a team that ensures vendors are paid accurately and on time — helping maintain strong relationships and smooth operations behind the scenes. What You'll Be Doing + Process and code invoices in a timely manner + Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts + Maintain vendor records and documentation + Assist with payment processing (checks, ACH, etc.) + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies + Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions + Support month-end AP processes + Maintain organized and accurate records Requirements + 1-3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Familiarity with accounting systems and Excel + Ability to manage deadlines and volume + Strong communication skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
