The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting and office functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in corporate accounting within a quick paced and dynamic environment for a growing company. Duties Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using accounting and inventory software Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Maintain detailed documentation of financial transactions Perform daily operational tasks Skills Strong understanding of GAAP & corporate accounting Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software Knowledge of financial concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping, and account reconciliation Ability to perform high-volume data entry with precision (10 key typing skills) Familiarity with tax regulations and experience in tax-related accounting tasks is a plus Excellent analytical skills for account analysis Strong math skills and understanding of financial services concepts Effective organizational and communication skills for collaborating across departments and branches This position requires a solid foundation in accounting principles combined with technical proficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate financial reporting.
