60K - 65K + Benefits We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in high-volume AP environments and experience working in manufacturing or similar fast-paced environments. This role will be responsible for full-cycle Accounts Payable processing, supporting financial operations, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice handling and vendor communication.Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices, including coding, data entry, and verification
- Manage full-cycle
AP:
invoice processing, approvals, and payment execution- Prepare and distribute payments (checks, ACH, etc.)
- Scan, file, and maintain digital records in document management systems
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and respond to payment inquiries
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve invoice/payment issues
- Assist with accounts receivable backup and special projects as needed
- Provide administrative support to the finance team (filing, scanning, documentation)
