$31.90•35.16 per hour
DOE Status :
Full-Time | Non-Exempt We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to support our Finance & Administration team. This position is responsible for processing and maintaining service authorizations, assisting staff and service providers, running reports, resolving authorization issues, and providing accounting support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field and 3 years of accounting/finance experience; OR Associate degree (or equivalent coursework) and 5 years of accounting/finance experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Intermediate to advanced Excel and computer skills Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Data entry and 10-key experience preferred Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
