This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Job Description Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a growing organization in Anaheim, CA. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to an established accounting team. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, reconciling transactions, and supporting month-end activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Responsibilities Process and code vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Review, reconcile, and process corporate credit card transactions and supporting documentation. Maintain vendor records and assist with resolving invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries. Perform vendor statement reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items. Prepare accounts payable reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables. Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable functions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper approvals and coding of invoices and expenses. Maintain organized accounting records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist with special projects and other accounting-related duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of accounts payable experience. Experience processing invoices and reconciling vendor accounts. Experience reviewing and reconciling corporate credit card transactions. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and data analysis tools. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar accounting software.
