Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist for a contract opportunity supporting a public sector transportation environment. This part-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional with strong clerical, accounts payable, data entry, and ERP database experience. The Administrative Support Specialist will provide essential administrative and operational support to management and department staff, helping ensure invoices, payment requests, records, reports, and office processes are handled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical, administrative, data entry, and document management support to assigned management and department staff.
- Process expense reports, invoices, progress payments, payment requests, and related accounts payable documentation.
- Review invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance with accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Respond to accounts payable questions and help resolve issues for internal departments and external customers.
- Create online requisitions and coordinate with contract and procurement teams as needed.
- Assist with collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data, preparing reports, charts, budgets, presentation materials, and maintaining digital files and records. Compensation and Benefits

$35.00 to $42.00 per hour.
