Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in California. This is a temp-to-hire position with a small, close-knit group of under 50 employees, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Collecting on jobs that have been completed, processing 15-20 invoices a day using QuickBooks Desktop. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions. Communicating effectively with team members and external clients to ensure smooth operations. Providing support for accounts payable tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Experience in accounts receivable, with knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a small team environment. Previous experience in accounts payable is beneficial. Willingness to work in Taft, located 45 minutes out of Bakersfield off of I-5.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1st

Shift Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate with a pay range of $20 - $23 per hour, depending on experience.
