Job Description
Job DescriptionJob Description Schedule:
- In-office role
- Flexible days and hours based on business needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly account reconciliations (balance sheet & P&L)
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and process invoices
- Track and reconcile Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
- Monitor and reconcile inventory (high-volume, multi-SKU)
- Reconcile retail and e-commerce sales with accounting records
- Maintain financial records and assist with month-end close
- Work directly with ownership on financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience required
- Strong knowledge of reconciliations, AP, and financial reporting
- Inventory and COGS experience preferred
- Retail or e-commerce background is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
