Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Description Schedule:
  • In-office role
  • Flexible days and hours based on business needs
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations (balance sheet & P&L)
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and process invoices
  • Track and reconcile Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory (high-volume, multi-SKU)
  • Reconcile retail and e-commerce sales with accounting records
  • Maintain financial records and assist with month-end close
  • Work directly with ownership on financial reporting
Qualifications:
  • Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience required
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliations, AP, and financial reporting
  • Inventory and COGS experience preferred
  • Retail or e-commerce background is a plus
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
