This organization operates in a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment supporting businesses throughout the region. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounts receivable functions including invoicing, cash applications, and collections Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer account issues Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records Support month-end close and reporting activities Coordinate with operations and customer service teams regarding client billing and shipment activity Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and documentation Maintain professionalism and strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders Qualifications 3+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting experience Experience in logistics, distribution, manufacturing, beverage, or wine industry environments preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems Strong written and verbal communication skills This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on candidate availability and desired working scheduled. Regardless of hours, this role will require 3 days/week in office in Vacaville. $30-35/hr depending on experience.
