Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounting Assistant who is eager to learn and grow in a hands-on environment. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, quick to pick up new tasks, and comfortable learning on the fly. No formal degree is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Maintain organized and accurate financial records Assist with basic bookkeeping and reporting tasks Communicate with team members and vendors as needed Handle administrative and accounting-related tasks as they come up Learn and take on new responsibilities over time
Qualifications:
No degree required; relevant experience or coursework is a plus Basic math and computer skills (Excel or similar programs preferred) Strong attention to detail and organization Good communication skills Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks
