Accounting Clerk

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking for a role that actually respects your life outside of work? We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Accountant to join our team. What You'll Do:

Payroll:

Run smooth and accurate payroll cycles using ADP .

Bookkeeping:

Maintain clean records and manage day-to-day entries in QuickBooks .

AP/AR:

Take full ownership of processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.

Data Management:

Utilize Excel to track financial data and create clear reports.

Insurance Admin:

Oversee and administer company insurance requirements and renewals.

General Support:

Handle various administrative and bookkeeping tasks as needed to keep our finances organized.

What We're Looking For:

Software Pro:

You must be proficient in QuickBooks , ADP , and Microsoft Excel (vlookups and pivot tables are a plus!).

Experience:

Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar financial role.

Reliability:

Since this is a part-time role with flexible hours, we need someone who is a self-starter and can hit deadlines independently.

Detail-Oriented:

You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality when it comes to numbers. Bilingue English and Spanish is a plus Why Join Us?
