AR/AP Specialist Pay Rate:

$30 - $32/hr

Location:

Vista, CA Key Responsibilities:

Post daily e-store transactions Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Identify and monitor overdue accounts Follow-up on Accounts Receivable to minimize delinquencies Verify vendor billing accuracy, including product, quantities received and pricing Monitor the accounts payable ledger to ensure completeness and accuracy Assist in the resolution of any identified vendor discrepancies Support month-end close by preparing and adjusting journal entries, supporting schedules, and accounting reconciliations. Desired Skills, Attributes and Requirements 3 - 5 years of experience in similar position Solid understanding of the full cycle of accounting Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred Must have experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Credit and Debits and QuickBooks Online Company DescriptionPrideStaff is a national staffing organization, delivering innovative solutions to the challenges employers face every day.
