A stable and growing manufacturing company is seeking a Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a variety of accounting functions while working closely with leadership in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping activities and assist with month-end reporting and financial administration.
ResponsibilitiesAccounting & BookkeepingProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsReconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accountsMaintain accurate general ledger recordsPrepare customer invoices and monitor outstanding balancesAssist with month-end close and financial reporting activitiesProcess vendor payments and maintain vendor recordsAdministrative SupportMaintain organized accounting files and documentationAssist with payroll preparation and reportingSupport year-end audit and tax preparation processesGenerate reports for management review
