General Accounting Assistant

Job DescriptionJob Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled General Accounting Assistant to assist the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Assist with the preparation, recording, and reconciliation of journal entries and general ledger transactions. Assist with account reconciliations. Assist with month-end financial reporting. Assist with updating financial records, filing, and documentation. Assist with internal and external inquiries as needed. Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting using ERP system. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications and Requirements:
