Job Description

Lisa Cole with Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable and Inventory Specialist a great company near the West Sacramento area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in AR, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Process and post incoming payments accurately and efficientlyMonitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up as neededReconcile AR transactions and resolve discrepanciesGenerate and distribute invoices and account statementsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issuesMaintain accurate records and documentationProvide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries
