Accounting Specialist

We are hiring an Accounting Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Prepare, review, and maintain financial records and general ledger entries
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of accounting or related financial experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or equivalent)
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
• High attention to detail and accuracy

HUGE PLUS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in a shared services or corporate accounting environment
