Accounting Assistant - Part Time

Duties Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within accounting software such as QuickBooks Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments using Quickbooks Reconcile general ledger accounts Conduct journal entries, account analysis Support accounting and administrative functions as needed. Skills Strong understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, and account reconciliation. Proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks Ability to perform detailed data entry with high accuracy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong math skills combined with analytical thinking for account analysis and budget support. Bilingual English and Chinese preferred. This part-time role provides a flexible schedule while offering valuable experience in a professional setting committed to integrity and excellence. It can turn to a full-time job if performing well.

Salary DOE Pay:
