Accounts Payable Specialist (Part Time)

Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary) We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary assignment running from June through September. This role will support general bookkeeping and accounts payable functions while assisting team members as needed.

MUST HAVE AVID EXCHANGE EXPERIENCE

• September 20-24 hours per week Set schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Shift options: 7:00 AM
• 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM
• 6:00 PM Pay $27.00

00 per hour Responsibilities Process weekly accounts payable, including obtaining approvals, entering branch billing, processing invoices, and mailing checks Respond to phone calls and emails regarding invoice questions and general support Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with additional bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications 2-4 years of accounts payable experience; banking experience preferred Experience with AVID Exchange accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills #
