Job Description:
A growing textile manufacturer in the Broomfield area is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team. This role will focus on managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and supporting cash flow in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working cross-functionally, and wants to be part of a team closely tied to operations, sales, and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounts receivable , including invoicing, cash application, and collections Apply customer payments (ACH, wire, check) accurately and timely Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balances Communicate with customers to address billing issues and maintain strong relationships Partner with sales and operations teams on pricing, billing, and order accuracy Assist with month-end close , including AR reporting and reconciliations Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Qualifications 2+ years of accounts receivable or collections experience Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or product-based environments preferred Familiarity with ERP systems (any major system) Strong Excel skills (tracking, reconciliations, basic formulas) Detail-oriented with solid communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
