You will be responsible for processing payments, posting checks, contacting past due customers to ensure they have received the invoice, resending invoices, sending letters, contacting customers by phone and e-mail, and helping customers make payment arrangements. You must ensure that customer contact is documented and that payment deadlines are met. You should have a high attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
