We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team in Englewood right away. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity offering a clear path to a permanent role. What You'll Do:

Prepare and post journal entries Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with month-end and year-end close Work daily in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Contribute to our transition to SAP (great hands-on experience)

What We're Looking For:

Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Proficiency in QuickBooks Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills SAP experience or exposure is a plus High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation:
