Accounts Payable Coordinator Ledgent Finance & Accounting - 4.0 Englewood, CO Job Details Full-time | Contract $25.00 - $26.50 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Full Job Description A growing food manufacturing company in Denver is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team. This role will focus on high-volume invoice processing, vendor management, and ensuring accurate and timely payments in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys a structured role, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a team that supports production, supply chain, and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO, receiving) Manage vendor relationships , including resolving discrepancies and responding to inquiries Prepare and execute weekly check runs / ACH / wire payments Reconcile accounts payable subledger and assist with month-end close Maintain organized and accurate AP records and documentation Monitor and track expenses across inventory, raw materials, and operations-related costs Partner with purchasing and operations teams to ensure proper coding and approvals Qualifications 2+ years of accounts payable experience (manufacturing or distribution strongly preferred) Experience with high-volume invoice processing Familiarity with ERP systems (any major ERP is fine) Understanding of 3-way matching and PO-based invoicing Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, data entry, tracking) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
